- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and another email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Partners
We partner with reliable courier and logistics companies to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders across India.
Common partners include Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ecom Express, and other reputed services based on your delivery location.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Other major towns: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days depending on courier coverage.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on most orders across India unless stated otherwise.
- In some cases, a minimal shipping fee may apply for certain remote or out-of-service locations.
- Any applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you make payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing the tracking ID and courier details.
You can track your shipment using the provided link or directly on the courier partner’s website.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address, pin code, and contact number are correct at the time of placing the order.
We will not be responsible for delays, delivery failures, or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two (2) times.
If you are unavailable during both attempts, the package may be returned to us.
Re-delivery may incur additional shipping costs, which will be borne by the customer.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears tampered, damaged, or opened, please:
- Do not accept the package from the delivery personnel.
- Take clear photos/videos of the package and share them with our support team within 24 hours.
